We have an opportunity for a Commercial Development Manager to join their team of staff in the Corporate Marketing department.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Degree level education. 

  • Experience in scoping and identifying business development opportunities in line with business strategy. 

  • Experience of working in a commercial role to monitor performance and execute commercial development plans to improve commercial performance. 

  • Strong understanding of the self-pay market within private healthcare.  

  • Experience within a healthcare setting along with knowledge and experience of healthcare service delivery and transformation. 

  • Experience in project management, including leading on transformation/change-management projects.  

Duties of this role include:

  • You will work as part of our commercial development team to develop Circle Health Group’s product and service development strategy in line with business goals 

  • You will proactively identify and drive business opportunities to expand Circle’s self-pay proposition and in turn grow self-pay revenue.  

  • You will identify service and product development opportunities which support business growth, engagement with partners and improved patient experience.  

  • You will create, launch, mobilise and incorporate new products into business-as-usual life cycles.  

  • You will take an active role in achievement of the business development goals through KPI metric tracking and ensuring continuous improvement of service and product proposition.
