Community Clinic Coordinator
Circle Integrated Care - South West Hertfordshire
37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary: £23,166.00 per annum.

We have an opportunity for a Community Clinic Coordinator to join the team of staff.
This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels and maintain standards in potentially stressful situations.
- Commitment to patient care.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of handling information confidentially and sensitively.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Methodical, numerate
- Good analytical and judgemental skills including the ability to problem solve.
- Well organized, able to self-manage and prioritise own workload whilst paying attention to detail and retaining the flexibility to react to changing situations.
- Proficient in computer skills, ECDL or equivalent, Microsoft Office.
- Previous HCA/clinical assistant work/physio assistant experience.
- Able to demonstrate a good standard of education.
- (Preferably NVQ3 or equivalent) together with administration experience.
- Aware of the Importance of equality, diversity and rights
- Awareness of the need for confidentiality in accordance with Data Protection Act and national/local guidelines
Duties of this role include:
- Supporting the Circle Integrated Care Clinicians to guide service users through their clinical pathway and ensure an outstanding experience of the service.
- Undertaking audit activity under the supervision of the Clinical Lead.
- Undertaking chaperone duties.
- Providing patient observations for clinicians such as weight and height.
- Undertaking daily stock checks of the medicines used within the clinics under the supervision of the Clinical Leads, across a number of hub sites across Bedfordshire.
- Will undertake preparation and restocking of rooms used for clinical activity which may include light cleaning duties.
- Report incidents to relevant person(s) and via incident reporting symptom.
