CRM Email Marketing Manager

We have an opportunity for a CRM Email Marketing Manager to join our team.

This is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • A degree, qualification or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Studies, CRM or another related field
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a CRM role
  • Demonstrable success in building automated CRM email journeys
  • Knowledge and skills of HTML coding
  • Experience working with a CRM platform, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • GA4, Google Looker Studio, PowerBI or other data analytics packages
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and SQLs
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook  and PowerPoint
  • Highly data orientated with the ability to interpret data to drive actions
  • Experience working within a healthcare or regulated-service provider preferred.

Duties of this role include:

  • Help to deliver the CRM email marketing strategy to help drive awareness, engagement and grow revenue though engaging and informative emails.
  • The CRM Manager will be a super user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will champion the CRM channel to the wider marketing teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work with the Senior Engagement Manager to help develop strategies to support our key priorities including but not limited to welcome journeys for new patients, patient nurture journeys, in-life subscription comms and ad-hoc tactical email communications to support business goals.
  • Segmentation of our audiences across b2b and b2c, segment in line with available data e.g. CACI, gravity modelling and actual revenue data
  • Work with Senior Engagement Manager to build a plan to grow data volume to support growth across b2c and b2b
  • Create inspiring automated CRM plans (email/SMS) that include nurturing existing patient data, introduction of welcome journeys for new patients and informative in-life comms for subscribers. 
  • Analyse the performance of email marketing sends in order to drive continuous growth and engagement
  • Set up revenue tracking across all email sends to allow for ROI measurement
