IT EUC Fulfilment & Asset Analyst
Full Time - Permanent

Location: Hillington, Glasgow (MUST be able to travel to our offices for training)

Salary: Up to £27,000.00 per annum

We have an opportunity for an IT EUC Fulfilment & Asset Analyst to join our Group IT team.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Good (3+ years) experience in a materials coordination or similar role within a medium/large organisation (~£500M+ annual revenue, 6,000+ end-users, 40+ different locations)
  • Good (3+ years) experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated abilities to set personal objectives that support the business/team’s goals and personal motivation to deliver results
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities

Duties of this role include:

  • Ensure all shipments are picked up in a timely manner
  • Be the key liaison between Circle Health Group and 3rd party couriers
  • Ensure correct logging and processing of End User Computing Devices received, in stock and sent
  • Ensure accurate reporting of all EUC devices and software across every site
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all day-to-day activities to encourage knowledge transfers
  • Ensure that inventory  data is accurate and kept up to date
  • Ensure all orders are placed in a timely fashion and that the commercial interests of the business are maintained
