Learning Operations Manager
Corporate Based/Hybrid/Remote                
37.5 Hours & Permanent

Salary: Up to £33,000.00 per annum

We have an opportunity for a Learning Operations Manager to join their team of staff in the Learning and Development department.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week.

This is a remote position, with preferred locations being in or near Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, or London.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • An excellent level of competency around digital systems and their use in a healthcare environment
  • Take a proactive, positive and coaching approach when managing and supporting others in your team or in other areas of the business
  • A keen eye for detail, especially with manging processes
  • Have a clear, and considered, approach to learning how L&D works and is delivered and taking initiative to work with your manager and coach to upskill yourself.
  • To work with and contribute to minimum standards and minimum levels of quality for learning and training and record keeping
  • Be comfortable leading and supporting others in keeping up their knowledge of processes

Duties of this role include:

  • Be responsible for managing and working with others to communicate well to our stakeholders
  • Be creative, inquisitive, and solution-focussed when supporting teams in rolling out and managing new initiatives
  • Be people-focussed and understand the importance of process
  • Be agile and innovative against a backdrop of rapidly evolving needs and priorities
  • Support staff, learners, students, tutors and trainers to deliver education and training to a high standard
  • Manage events and processes
  • Contribute and oversee data quality and process management
