Sales Business Manager - Six Month Fixed Term Contract

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern, working Monday to Friday and must be willing to travel nationally.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Degree level education
  • Proven experience of working in both b2b and b2c environments and securing new business
  • Experience of scoping and identifying new business opportunities in line with the business strategy  
  • Strong presentation skills, with ability and confidence to present at senior stakeholder level
  • Self-starter attitude
  • Experience within a healthcare setting would be preferable but not essential
  • Ideally you would have knowledge and experience of promoting insurance products in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • You will have experience in identifying and winning new business and building relationships with new partners.
  • You will have a passion for developing business and building relationships with external partners to raise the profile of Circle Health Group and its health subscription product.
  • You will be tenacious and creative to identify and explore new opportunities to promote our health subscription product.
  • You will have strong commercial acumen to evaluate and assess all business development opportunities in line with the business needs and requirements to ensure value is delivered.

Duties of this role include:

  • You will work as part of our commercial development team to grow membership numbers for our nationwide health subscription product in line with business goals.
  • You will proactively identify and drive business opportunities to expand the distribution of our health subscription product.
  • You will take an active role in achievement of the business development goals.
  • You will have an exemplary, professional approach in identifying new business development opportunities and be an ambassador for the organisation.
  • Ensure that all new business is achieved in line with industry and regulatory requirements.
