We have an opportunity for a Patient Administrator to join their team of staff in the Operations department.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. Part time hours are also available. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Evidence of good standard of general education
    Good standard of numeracy & literacy
    Effective communication skills in English –both written and verbal
    Ability to use own initiative when appropriate
    Good IT skills and awareness
    Knowledge of all Microsoft office functions
    Demonstrable experience of working in a patient/customer service environment
    Demonstrable experience of handling complaints and dealing with difficult patients/customers
    Demonstrable experience of administration

Duties of this role include:

  • Responsible for the administration of all internal clinical pathways for all Circle Integrated Care services.
  • Responsible for ensuring robust data quality in the application of this role and reacting to any exception reports.
  • Responsible for maintaining service key performance indicators as noted in the Operational KPI Matrix.
  • Responsible for direct support to the clinical teams and wider administrative teams in optimising patient care.
  • Responsible for contributing to the change management and pathway management teams.
