Due to continued growth of BMI Healthcare’s National Enquiry Centre, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

We have an opportunity for Helpline Advisors to join our team of staff in the National Enquiry Centre. We are based in Hillington with great transport links from the M8 and to Glasgow City Centre.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Hours of Business (08:00-20.00 Monday to Friday & Saturday and Sunday 09.00 -17.00)

These full time positions are a great opportunity to utilise and develop existing skills in a contact centre environment. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, dealing with general enquiries and arranging appointments for them to see our consultants within BMI’s network of hospitals, a network which is the largest in the UK.
