Due to continued growth of Circle Healthcare’s National Enquiry Centre, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

We have an opportunity for Helpline Advisors to join our team of staff in the National Enquiry Centre. We are based in Hillington with great transport links from the M8 and to Glasgow City Centre.

This is a Full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.  Hours of Business (08:00-20.00 Monday to Friday & Saturday and Sunday 09.00 -17.00).  Working from home MAY BE available once training has been completed, a flexible working request will be required to be submitted and this is at discretion of the Manager.

This full time role will begin with a FTE salary of £19,987.50 and potential to rise in January 2023.

These full-time positions are a great opportunity to utilise and develop existing skills in a contact centre environment. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, dealing with general enquiries and arranging appointments for them to see our consultants within Circle’s network of hospitals, a network which is the largest in the UK.

We are based in Hillington with great transport links from the M8 and to Glasgow City Centre.

Preferred candidates should have contact center experience.  Our Customer Experience is at the heart of what we do here at Circle Healthcare.   Therefore our preferred candidates should have the passion to succeed in a customer focused environment.
