Annual flu vaccinations

Everyone at Circle Health Group is encouraged to protect themselves – and patients – by having an annual flu jab. We provide these at each of our locations. They are free of charge and carried out at convenient times for you.

Season ticket loan

For eligible employees we offer an interest-free loan to help purchase a season ticket, which could save you a significant amount over the year.

Cycle to work scheme

Circle Health Group offers employees the opportunity to purchase a bike and/or accessories. The Company will advance the payment for you, and the cost is spread over monthly interest-free payments. In addition, as the scheme is run on a salary sacrifice basis, you pay less tax and national insurance on the value of each deduction. This is applicable when the bike is used for commuting to and from work.

Charitable employee donations

If you like the idea of making charitable donations without hassle, you can sign up to the to one of our donation schemes. We’ll simply round your net pay down to the nearest pound and donate this to our chosen charities: So far, brands within Circle Health Group have raised over £21,000 through our colleagues.


As an employee of Circle Health Group, you can purchase a TasteCard at a discounted price. This card gives you access to discounts on a wide selection of restaurants, days out, hotels and theatre tickets.

Circle Health Group offers eyecare vouchers to every employee who uses display screen equipment on a regular basis.

Our free, confidential and independent EAP provides 24/7 support, information, resources, guidance and counselling. This is to help you balance your work, family and personal life. Mental health is just as important as physical health.

Long service awards

Employee referral incentive

We believe our employees are in the best position to refer like-minded people into our organisation. Anyone who successfully introduces a new contracted employee into a clinical or non-clinical role through our employee referral schemes will be eligible for a referral bonus.

Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave

We understand the importance of family and we want to support you as you start or expand your own. Circle Health Group offers up to 52 weeks maternity and adoption leave. This is paid in full for the first 13 weeks. For paternity leave, we offer two weeks at full pay.

Enhanced annual leave

A healthy work-life balance is essential. So, all of our employees start out with 25 days holiday as a minimum. We also think it’s important to reward long service, so your annual leave entitlement will increase over time to a maximum of 30 days after 10 years of service.
