We have an opportunity for a Business Service Associate to join their team of staff in the Credit Control department.

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week.  The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Motivated to implement/deliver on time to quality standards, with strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Initiative and flexible to new ideas and ways of working
  • Highly energetic and driven to succeed
  • Able to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
  • Able to manage information of a confidential nature
  • Experience of working in the customer services industry or call centre environment would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
    Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in Accounts Payable
     

Duties of this role include:

  • Support the helpdesk team to deliver a consistent, efficient, accurate and polite service to our patients.
  • Manage patient enquiries to a high standard
  • Support change of business processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and company policy.
  • Ability to work within other areas of the department if required
  • Complete ad-hoc requests from the management team.
