37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary: Up to £24,687.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)
We have an opportunity for a Business Services Associate to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
- You are responsible for processing invoices, payment requests, ensuring prompt payments to vendors.
- You support Group and Hospital performance to deliver consistent, efficient and accurate service in Accounts Payable.
- You deliver timely and accurate data to produce management information reports
- You support change and the review of business services processes to improve overall efficiency.
- You ensure compliance with statutory and group obligations, as well as company policy.
- You undertake any necessary filing and document management.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Strong technology and telecommunications skills to be able to enter, report, store and manage data accurately and efficiently.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with tact and diplomacy to be able to manage difficult situations.
- Strong team skills, able to support peers in the delivery of personal, team and organisational goals.
- Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills to be able to check data, identify common issues and communicate errors and problems.
- Motivation to implement/deliver on time to quality standards, with strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.
