We have an opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager - Primary Care to join our team of staff in the Health Assessment department.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week.

Duties of this role include:

  • Lead business development for the Primary Care portfolio (Health Assessments, Private GP & Rapid Access Clinics)
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers and intermediaries, negotiating commercial terms and expanding uptake of health screening and other preventative services.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities in the corporate, insurance and self-pay markets – including tenders, proposals and service packages.
  • Manage a portfolio of key national accounts – acting as the primary contact for relationship development, renewals and performance.
  • Develop tailored value propositions and commercial solutions that meet the needs of corporate clients.
  • Work with the NEC support and admin team to maximise account penetration and customer service levels.
  • Work closely with local hospital sales and marketing teams to promote health screening services, support local corporate opportunities, and drive footfall into CHG sites.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Degree educated with business development experience gained in healthcare, medical device or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong corporate and insurer knowledge base.
  • Strong account management experience including stakeholder engagement and development of tailored value propositions.
  • Significant direct sales experience.
  • Experience in development and implementation of value-added services.
  • Contract management experience including tenders and submissions.
