Partnership Manager

We have an opportunity for a Partnership Manager to join their team of staff in the Group Business Development department.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- You are educated to degree level.
- A self-starter attitude.
- Experience in partnership management and development.
- Experience of highly effective stakeholder relationship management.
- Strong presentation skills, with ability and confidence to present at senior stakeholder level.
- Experience within a healthcare setting would be preferable but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong verbal and contract negotiation skills.
Duties of this role include:
- You will work as part of our Strategic Development and Partnerships team to manage and optimise existing partnerships, and onboard new partners from scoping, negotiation and contract implementation.
- You will ensure that the collaborations are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the Circle Health Group’s objectives, taking an active role in achievement of the business development goals and organisation growth.
- You will build effective working relationships with both partners and internal stakeholders across Circle Health Group.
- You will represent Circle Health Group with current and potential partners in an effective, compelling, professional, and credible manner.
- You will have responsibility for partnership contract set up and renewals and work with our legal and procurement teams to ensure organisational policies are followed.
- You will work with the insights and data teams to take ownership of partnership reporting and performance.
- You will work with the marketing teams at head office and hospital sites to implement partner marketing strategies.
- You will have strong negotiation skills and experience in closing deals and onboarding new partners.
- You will have experience of adapting strategies to maximise partnership value.
