Resourcing and Talent Acquisition Officer 
Remote - MUST be Glasgow, Scotland based                    
37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary: £26,500.00 per annum

We have an opportunity for a Resourcing and Talent Acquisition Officer to join their team of staff in the Nationwide Talent Acquisition Team.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

The successful candidate must be based in or around Glasgow as they will be required to travel to our offices in the Hillington Industrial Estate for training.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Previous administration experience within a busy administrative/office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to present solutions.
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills.
  • Educated to GCSE level.
  • Excellent IT skills working with MS Office.

Duties of this role include:

  • You support the Recruiting Managers in the delivery of a high-quality customer focused recruitment administration service.
  • You facilitate the Vacancy Approval Registration process for new vacancies ensuring the correct approval has been given.
  • You liaise with the relevant operational HR team member and Recruiting Manager to update them on the approval process.
  • You advertise new roles on careers website, social media and other external providers.
  • You answer candidate queries via phone and email.
  • You advertise vacancies in line with Service Level Agreements and standards as determined by the business.
  • You screen applications based on answers given to application questions.
  • You use our ATS to track candidates through to offer stage.
  • You arrange interviews through the ATS.
