£47,126 - 53,085.94 FTE plus benefits

We have an opportunity for a Advance Practice Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Musculoskeletal department.

This is a Part time role for 15 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Role & Responsibilities:

This senior physiotherapist/APP position is a key role within Circle Integrated Care services in Greenwich.

The summary for this role is:

To be one of the senior clinician’s representing Circle Integrated Care in the Bedford APP, GP and remote settings. 

To participate in Circle Integrated Care triaging, SDM and physio line models. 

There may be scope to do a mixture of FCP, APP and or physio clinics – dependent on experience.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification Physiotherapy experience (2 years of these in MSK speciality.
  • HCPC registered
  • Physiotherapy degree
  • Evidence of accredited post-graduate training and CPD relevant to; the management of musculoskeletal conditions and pain within the biopsychosocial model of care.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and involvement of Clinical Governance and risk assessment
  • Experience working at a senior physiotherapist level seeing patients in a musculoskeletal setting (equivalent B7 or 8a)
  • Evidence of continuing professional development in relevant clinical and management areas
  • Clinical leadership
  • Experience in ordering diagnostics/investigations & tests
  • Experience of clinical supervision / mentoring
  • Experience in Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Chronic pain
  • IRMER course and Joint and soft tissue injection qualification desirable.
