International Relations Manager
37.5 Hours & Permanent

Must be based near London as you will be required to travel to our head office weekly

We have an opportunity for an International Relations Manager to join their team of staff.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week.

The successful candidate will be expected to work flexible hours as the work demands and be prepared to travel internally to Circle hospitals with the option to work from home some days a week.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Educated to a degree level (preferably medical)
  • 5 years’ experience working in management and client relation support (within Healthcare)
  • 5 years’ experience working as a relation manager with Arabic embassies
  • 5 years’ experience working with referrals
  • Able to work unsupervised in a challenging environment
  • Possess an appetite to influence, encourage and bring about change to meet the needs of an ever evolving market
  • Organisational skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Team motivation
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills

Duties of this role include:

  • To provide administrative, co-ordination and relationship management support to the International Director, particularly relating to Arabic embassies
  • Account management and being first point of contact for the Arabic embassies clients
  • To provide administrative support and co-ordination to the International Managers at all circle hospitals, in dealing with patients and embassy customers
  • To provide marketing support for the international team
  • Managing generic international embassies mailbox
  • Support with reducing embassy debt and consultant debt
  • Lead consultant payment services
